We are renovating the front and back yard of this property. We have gotten their existing waterfall up & running & converted it from a pond to a pondless waterfall, rebuilding the spillway in the process. We will be adding plant material, landscape lighting, and updating the irrigation system.

Project Photos #3
In this very basic remodel we added an exposed aggregate walkway from the entry to the rear patio. Drains were added and the irrigation system modified. We transplanted an existing Crape Myrtle from the side yard to the front yard, divided and transplanted existing Agapanthus, and added new plant material including a Camellia patio tree, Coral Bells 'Palace Purple', Liriope 'Silvery Sunproof', Azalea 'Mistral', Japanese Maple 'Emperor One', Viburnum 'Spring Bouquet', Bird of Paradise and Calla Lilies.

Project Photos #4
The clients of this new home wanted to take advantage of the afternoon shade in their large sideyard for entertainment space. We are removing the existing concrete patio that came with the home, and adding a new stamped, colored concrete patio that extends to the sideyard. We have already plumbed for gas and power for the addition of a custom outdoor kitchen, fountain and low voltage lighting. We will also be adding a gray concrete pad & fence for garbage can storage. We are installing irrigation, subsurface drainage, soil amendments & plant material.
Project Photos #5
In this simple renovation, we modified the irrigation system to suit the new design, added subsurface drains, drilled for plants due to hardpan & clay, and added a lot of amendments during planting. We installed 2 custom made iron trellises on the garage wall- a great use of a narrow flowerbed and large wall, what I would call a canvas. We planted Coral Bells 'Kassandra', Clivia, Bergenia, Giant Chain Fern, and Pink Bower Vine.
